2015 Pacific Symposium on Pulsed Power and Applications

Welcome to the 2015 Pacific Symposium on Pulsed Power and Applications! Traditionally, the symposium was named, "Japan-US Symposium on Pulsed Power and Plasma Applications." This year, the symposium was renamed to, "Pacific Symposium on Pulsed Power and Applications" in order to attract more involvement from other Asian countries. Hawaii serves as a convenient location between the US and Asian main lands, and is intended to provide more intimate opportunities for social and technical interaction than similar Plasma and Pulsed Power Conferences between the American, Japanese, Chinese and Korean communities.

We look forward to your attendance for a valuable technical experience and an enjoyable visit to the beautiful Kaanapali Beach in Maui, Hawaii.

Dates

August 5th - 7th, 2015.

Technical Topics

  • Compact Pulsed Power Sources
  • Repetitive Pulsed Power
  • High-Power Microwave and RF Sources
  • Industrial, Commercial and Medical Applications
